12 oz. rotini pasta

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1 cup bell peppers (red and yellow), diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup sliced black olives

8 oz. salami, diced

8 oz. pepperoni, sliced

1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

1/4 cup Italian dressing

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool.

    Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.

      Combine the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, black olives, salami, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to combine.

        Add the Dressing: Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until evenly coated. Gently fold in the fresh basil.

          Chill: Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. For best results, chill for up to 2 hours.
