2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

8 oz rotini pasta

1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 (10 oz) can of cream of chicken soup

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Additional cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing, and sour cream. Stir until smooth.

        Add Seasonings: Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the creamy mixture.

          Combine Ingredients: Add the shredded chicken, cooked bacon, broccoli florets, and drained pasta to the bowl. Stir gently until everything is well-coated with the cream mixture.

            Cheese It Up: Fold in 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture, reserving half a cup for topping.

              Prepare the Baking Dish: Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.

                Top it Off: Sprinkle the reserved cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole. You can also add extra bacon crumbles if desired.

                  Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.

                    Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving hot. Enjoy your hearty meal!
