Ingredients

1 cup brewed hibiscus tea, cooled

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or frozen)

1 ripe banana, sliced

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions

Brew a cup of hibiscus tea using dried hibiscus flowers or tea bags. Let it steep for about 5-10 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator until cool.

In a blender, combine the cooled hibiscus tea, fresh pineapple chunks, sliced banana, Greek yogurt, honey or agave syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.

If you'd like a colder, thicker consistency, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until well combined.

Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding more honey or agave syrup as desired.

Pour the smoothie into glasses, and enjoy immediately, garnished with a slice of pineapple or a sprig of mint if desired.
