Greek yogurt
plain or flavored

mixed berries
fresh or frozen

banana
ripe

almond milk
unsweetened

tablespoons
honey
optional for sweetness

tablespoons
chia seeds
optional for added fiber
Instructions
In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, mixed berries, banana, and almond milk.
Add honey and chia seeds if using.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen berries or add more Greek yogurt. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
