Ingredients

8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced

8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch ginger, grated

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup snap peas

1 cup broccoli florets

2 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Cooked brown rice or quinoa (for serving)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the vegetable oil. Sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink.

Toss in the red bell pepper, snap peas, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for an additional 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return the cooked steak to the skillet. Mix everything together and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Cook for another minute to heat through.

Serve the stir-fry over cooked brown rice or quinoa, garnished with sesame seeds.
