Ingredients

1 cup sliced prosciutto

1 cup sliced salami

1 cup sliced smoked turkey

1 cup assorted cheeses (Brie, aged cheddar, gouda)

1 cup mixed olives (green and black)

1 cup dried fruits (apricots, figs, cranberries)

1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)

1 cup seasonal fresh fruits (grapes, apple slices, pomegranate seeds)

1 small jar of honey

1 small jar of grainy mustard

Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

An assortment of crackers and baguette slices

Instructions

Choose Your Board: Start by selecting a large wooden or marble board as the base for your charcuterie selection.

Create Cheese Sections: Begin by placing the cheeses on the board. Slice some Brie, and cut the aged cheddar and gouda into wedges. Arrange them in clusters around the board.

Layer Meats: Next, fan out the prosciutto, salami, and smoked turkey neatly on the board, creating sections around the cheeses. Consider rolling the prosciutto slices for a more visually appealing presentation.

Add Olives and Nuts: In small bowls or directly on the board, add the mixed olives and sprinkle the nuts around the meats and cheeses, providing pops of color and texture.

Dried and Fresh Fruits: Place the dried fruits in clusters around the board. Then, add fresh grapes, apple slices (tossed in a little lemon juice to prevent browning), and pomegranate seeds for a festive touch.

Dippers: Place small jars of honey and grainy mustard on the board for flavorful dipping options. You can add a cheese knife next to each cheese for easy serving.

Crackers and Bread: Fill in the gaps on the board with an assortment of crackers and slices of baguette, creating layers and variety in flavor and texture.

Garnish: Lastly, add fresh rosemary sprigs to enhance the visual appeal and provide a hint of festive aroma to the board.

Serve: Invite your guests to graze the board, mixing and matching ingredients to their liking. Enjoy the delightful combination of flavors and festive atmosphere it brings!
