Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup buffalo sauce (mild or hot, depending on preference)

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 cup diced celery

1 cup diced carrots

1/2 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Place the boneless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.

Mix the Sauces: In a medium bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until well combined.

Combine Ingredients: Pour the buffalo ranch mixture over the chicken. Add the diced celery and carrots on top.

Cook: Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and tender.

Shred the Chicken: Once the cooking time is up, use two forks to shred the chicken in the crockpot. Stir everything to combine well.

Add Cheddar: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top and let it melt for about 5 minutes with the lid on.

Season: Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm over rice, pasta, or in a warm sub sandwich. Enjoy your creamy, spicy creation!
