Ingredients

2 cups frozen orange juice concentrate

1 1/2 cups coconut milk (full fat for creaminess)

1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

Optional: a splash of pineapple juice for an extra fruity twist

Optional garnish: fresh orange zest or mint leaves

Instructions

In a blender, combine the frozen orange juice concentrate, coconut milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.

Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary. If you want a hint of flavor, add a splash of pineapple juice and blend again.

Once fully combined, pour the mixture into a bowl and place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up slightly.

After chilling, stir the mixture well to ensure a creamy texture. If it’s too solid, let it sit for a few minutes at room temperature before serving.

Spoon the Dole Whip mixture into a piping bag (or zip-top bag with a corner snipped off) and pipe it into dessert cups in a swirl motion, mimicking the iconic style.

Garnish with fresh orange zest or a sprig of mint, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade orange Dole Whip!
