Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strong brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • 1 cup oat milk unsweetened preferred
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey or agave syrup for a vegan alternative
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract pure for best flavor
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • 1 pinch sea salt to enhance sweetness
  • 1 cup water for brewing espresso
  • 1 ice cubes optional for iced version
  • 2 tablespoons oat milk foam for topping

Instructions
 

  • Brew 1 cup of strong espresso or coffee using your preferred method, and set it aside.
  • In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of oat milk over medium heat until steaming, but do not boil. Stir in the raw honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt until well combined.
  • Using a milk frother or whisk, froth the oat milk mixture until it becomes creamy and slightly thickened.
  • Pour the brewed espresso into a large mug, followed by the warm oat milk mixture, and stir gently to combine.
  • Top with oat milk foam and a sprinkle of cinnamon for garnish. If desired, add ice cubes for an iced version.
