  • 1/4 cup hot honey or regular honey with added chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, and fresh lemon juice. Use a hand mixer on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
