Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tbsp coconut oil (for melting chocolate)

Chocolate sprinkles or crushed peanuts (optional, for garnish)

1 package of graham crackers or fruit dippers (for serving)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer at medium speed to blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth (about 1-2 minutes).

Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter dip, gently spreading it out to cover the top.

If desired, sprinkle chocolate sprinkles or crushed peanuts on top for added texture and flavor.

Serve the dip with graham crackers or fresh fruit dippers for a deliciously sweet party treat!
