Ingredients

2 lobster tails

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Juice of 1 lemon

Optional: Red pepper flakes for a kick

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the fin. Gently pull the lobster meat upwards and away from the shell, but leave the base attached for presentation.

Season the Lobster: Season the lobster meat with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Place the tails in a baking dish, shell side down.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes). Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and garlic powder, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.

Coat the Lobster Tails: Pour the Alfredo sauce generously over the lobster tails, ensuring the meat is well coated.

Bake the Lobster: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. If desired, set the oven to broil for the last 2-3 minutes for a golden finish.

Garnish and Serve: Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the oven. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and, if you like a spicy kick, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Serve immediately, drizzled with any remaining Alfredo sauce from the dish.
