Ingredients
  

2 large cucumbers, diced

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup crumbled bacon (cooked and cooled)

2-3 fresh jalapeños, diced (seeds removed for less heat)

2 green onions, sliced

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and well blended.

    Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro.

      Add lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

        Gently fold in the diced cucumbers, being careful not to mush them.

          Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
