Ingredients

3 different flavors of gelatin (e.g., strawberry, lime, blue raspberry)

1 ½ cups boiling water (divided)

1 cup cold water (divided)

2 cups Cool Whip

1 cup crushed graham crackers (optional for a crust layer)

1 tablespoon sugar (optional, for graham cracker crust)

½ cup melted butter (optional, for graham cracker crust)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust (Optional): In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch dish to form an even layer. Set aside in the refrigerator to firm up while preparing the gelatin layers.

Make the First Jello Layer: In a mixing bowl, dissolve one flavor of gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Add ½ cup of cold water and mix well. Pour this mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust (or directly into the dish if you're not making a crust) and refrigerate until firm (about 1-2 hours).

Make the Second Jello Layer: Once the first layer is firm, prepare the second gelatin flavor by repeating the previous step with the second flavor of gelatin. Add ½ cup of cold water and stir until well combined, then gently pour it over the first layer. Refrigerate again until set (1-2 hours).

Repeat for the Third Layer: Prepare the third flavor of gelatin just like the first two, using boiling water, then adding cold water. Pour over the second layer and refrigerate until firm (1-2 hours).

Final Layer of Cool Whip: Once all gelatin layers are fully set, spread Cool Whip evenly over the top. You can design it with a spatula for a decorative finish.

Chill and Serve: Allow the dessert to chill for another hour before serving to set the Cool Whip slightly. Cut into squares and serve with a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers on top (optional). Enjoy the colorful and refreshing treat!
