Ingredients
  

4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Juice of 1 lemon

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.

    Add Chicken: Place the chicken thighs in the bowl and turn them to ensure they are evenly coated in the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight for more flavor).

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.

        Arrange Chicken Thighs: Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off any excess. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd.

          Air Fry: Cook for 10 minutes at 400°F, then carefully flip each thigh over and cook for another 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.

            Rest: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes. This will help the juices redistribute and keep the chicken moist.
