  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt adjust to taste

  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a large bowl, combine the smoked paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, honey, and olive oil. Mix until a smooth paste forms.
  • Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.
  • Place the marinated chicken thighs skin-side up on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
