Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup cauliflower florets, steamed

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Sauce: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir frequently until the mixture begins to simmer, then remove from heat. Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese and all of the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken and steamed cauliflower florets. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the chicken and cauliflower mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.

Add Cheese Topping: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of the casserole.

Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
