Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)

2 tablespoons erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the almond milk and heavy cream. Stir gently until warmed, being careful not to boil.

Add the pumpkin puree, erythritol, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and salt to the warmed milk mixture. Whisk continuously until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is creamy.

Continue to heat the creamer gently for about 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Stir occasionally.

Once heated through and well combined, remove the saucepan from heat. Let the creamer cool slightly before transferring it to a glass jar or an airtight container.

Store the Keto Pumpkin Spice Creamer in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake well before each use.

Serve in your morning coffee, tea, or however you enjoy your creamer!
