1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons sugar-free vanilla syrup

1 teaspoon pumpkin puree (make sure it's unsweetened)

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Sweetener to taste (e.g., erythritol or stevia)

Instructions
 

In a medium saucepan, combine the almond milk and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir gently and bring to a simmer do not let it boil.

    Once warmed, add in the pumpkin puree, sugar-free vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.

      Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Taste the creamer and add your preferred sweetener to achieve your desired level of sweetness.

        Let the creamer cool down a bit before transferring it to a jar or an airtight container.

          Store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before using, as the ingredients may separate over time.
