Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons honey

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Lemon slices for garnish

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish, and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best flavor.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C). Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off, but do not wipe it off.

Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 6-7 minutes on the other side, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Slice the chicken and serve it garnished with lemon slices and chopped parsley. Enjoy with your favorite sides!
