Ingredients

2 cups macaroni pasta

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup pizza sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1 package (10 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

Prepare the Macaroni: In a large pot, cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce: In the same pot, lower the heat and add the cream cheese, sharp cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika. Stir until melted and smooth. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well. Set aside to cool slightly.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll Out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a thin sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.

Cut and Fill the Dough: Using a round cookie cutter or a glass, cut out circles of dough about 3 inches in diameter. Place a generous spoonful of the mac and cheese mixture in the center of each circle.

Seal the Bites: Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket and pinch the edges tightly to seal. You can use a fork to crimp the edges for extra security.

Brush and Bake: Place the pizza bites on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each bite lightly with olive oil for a golden finish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.

Serve with Pizza Sauce: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with pizza sauce on the side for dipping. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
