Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1 cup dark chocolate chips (for topping)

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Pinch of sea salt

Holiday-themed sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter and creamy peanut butter. Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy and well combined.

Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs to the peanut butter mixture. Mix until fully combined and the mixture forms a thick dough. You may need to use your hands to ensure it's well blended.

Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in the mini chocolate chips evenly throughout the mixture.

Form the Squares: Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later. Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Top with Chocolate: Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly.

Chill: Sprinkle a light pinch of sea salt over the melted chocolate and add holiday-themed sprinkles for festive flair. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

Cut into Squares: Once set, lift the squares out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares or rectangles.

Serve or Store: These squares can be enjoyed immediately or stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
