  • 2 cups ripe mango puree blend fresh mango until smooth
  • 1 cup coconut cream for creaminess
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice squeeze from about 4 limes
  • 2 cups club soda for fizz
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for added flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to enhance flavors
  • 1 cup ice cubes for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the ripe mango puree, coconut cream, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • In a large pitcher, combine the blended mango mixture with the club soda. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to lose the fizz.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with extra simple syrup if desired, adding a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the Mango Dirty Soda over the ice. Garnish each glass with lime slices and fresh mint leaves before serving.
