Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ripe mango flesh diced and blended into puree
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice about 2-3 limes
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt to enhance flavors
  • 12 leaves fresh mint leaves plus extra for garnish
  • 2 cups sparkling water chilled
  • 1 cup ice cubes for serving
  • 1 tablespoon mango slices for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon lime wedges for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the diced ripe mango flesh and fresh lime juice. Blend until smooth to create a mango puree.
  • In a large mixing glass, add the fresh mint leaves, agave nectar, and sea salt. Muddle gently with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release the mint oils.
  • Pour the mango puree into the mixing glass with the muddled mint. Mix well to combine all the flavors together.
  • Fill four glasses with ice cubes and evenly distribute the mango mixture into each glass.
  • Top each glass with chilled sparkling water, stirring gently to mix without losing carbonation.
  • Garnish each mocktail with extra mint leaves, mango slices, and lime wedges for a vibrant presentation.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical refreshment with friends and family!
