2 lbs baby Yukon Gold potatoes

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1/2 tsp dried)

1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

    Boil the Potatoes: In a large pot, add the baby potatoes and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and let cool slightly.
