Ingredients

1 (16 oz) package spaghetti

1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce

1 cup ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup unsalted butter

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Spaghetti: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Meat Sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef or Italian sausage. Sauté until browned. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Combine with Marinara: Add the marinara sauce to the meat mixture. Stir in Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.

Make the Creamy Alfredo Sauce: In another saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, stirring continuously. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Season with a pinch of salt and a bit of pepper for taste.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mix the cooked spaghetti with the marinara meat sauce until well combined. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti mixture, followed by dollops of ricotta cheese, and half of the creamy Alfredo sauce. Repeat with the remaining spaghetti, then pour the last of the Alfredo sauce on top.

Add Cheeses: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly across the top. You can also sprinkle a bit more Parmesan if desired.

Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Allow the dish to cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy your Million Dollar Spaghetti with a rich creamy finish!
