Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, Parmesan, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and set aside.

Prepare the Biscuits: Open the can of Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits and separate them into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small disk in the palm of your hand.

Fill the Biscuits: Place a generous tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, ensuring there are no openings.

Coat with Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with additional minced garlic (if desired). Brush a generous amount of the garlic butter over each cheese-filled biscuit.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the filled biscuit bombs seam side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and immediately brush the remaining garlic butter over the tops. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
