Ingredients

1 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed into fine crumbs

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup white chocolate chips or candy melts

Sprinkles or crushed nuts for decoration

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed gingerbread cookies, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well incorporated and has a sticky consistency.

Use your hands to roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Once all the mixture is rolled into balls, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up the truffles.

While the truffles are chilling, melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until fully melted and smooth.

Remove the truffles from the refrigerator. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.

Place the coated truffles back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and immediately sprinkle with decorative sprinkles or crushed nuts before the chocolate hardens.

Once all truffles are coated, refrigerate them for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chocolate is set.

Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy your festive treats!
