1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup melted butter

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 cups of your favorite ice cream (softened, vanilla or chocolate work well)

1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)

½ cup chocolate fudge sauce (plus more for drizzling)

½ cup crushed nuts (optional, such as pecans or almonds)

½ cup chocolate chips or mini marshmallows (optional for topping)

Instructions
 

Create the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined and the mixture resembles wet sand.

    Form the Crust: Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish, ensuring an even layer. Use the back of a measuring cup to create a flat surface. Place the crust in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes to set.

      Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, gently fold together the softened ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate fudge sauce until just combined. If using nuts, fold them in as well.

        Assemble the Pie: Take the prepared crust out of the freezer. Pour the ice cream mixture into the crust and spread it evenly with a spatula.

          Add Toppings: If desired, sprinkle the top with chocolate chips or mini marshmallows, and drizzle some additional chocolate fudge sauce over the filling.

            Chill: Cover the pie with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

              Serve: Once set, slice the pie into wedges, serve with extra fudge drizzle if desired, and enjoy!
