1 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the cheesecake filling:

16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened

1 cup Nutella

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

For the topping:

Additional Nutella for drizzling

Crushed hazelnuts or mini chocolate chips for garnish

Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even layer. Set aside in the refrigerator to firm up while preparing the filling.

    Make the cheesecake filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Add the Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Continue mixing until well combined and there are no lumps, scraping down the sides as needed.
