1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, and pecans), chopped

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt
