Ingredients

1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, based on preference)

2 cups powdered sugar

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (or shortening)

Crushed peanuts or additional crushed Oreos for topping (optional)

Instructions

Crush the Oreos: In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies until they are finely crushed into a powder. Transfer the crushed Oreo crumbs to a large mixing bowl.

Mix Cream Cheese & Peanut Butter: In the bowl with the Oreo crumbs, add the softened cream cheese and peanut butter. Use a spatula or your hands (lightly greased) to mix everything together until well combined. The mixture should be thick and moldable.

Add Sugar: Gradually add the powdered sugar to the mixture, incorporating it well until everything is smooth. The final mixture will be sticky but can hold its shape.

Form the Balls: Using a cookie scoop or your hands, take about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a small ball. Repeat this process until all the mixture is formed into balls. You should have around 20-24 balls.

Chill: Place the Oreo balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until firm.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Coat the Oreo Balls: Remove the chilled Oreo balls from the refrigerator. Using a fork, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Allow the excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.

Add Toppings: If desired, sprinkle crushed peanuts or extra crushed Oreos on top of the wet chocolate coating to add texture and flavor.

Freeze Again: Place the coated Oreo balls back onto the parchment-lined sheet and let them cool at room temperature or place them back in the refrigerator for about 15 more minutes until the chocolate hardens.

Serve and Enjoy: Once the chocolate has set, your No-Bake Reese’s Oreo Balls are ready to be served! Enjoy them chilled or at room temperature.
