Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup crushed strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup sliced strawberries, for garnish

1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries, for topping

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.

Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust. Set aside.

In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

Add the crushed strawberries to the mixture and gently fold until evenly distributed.

Pour the strawberry cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until set, preferably overnight for the best results.

Once set, carefully remove the springform pan. Top with sliced strawberries and sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries over the top for added crunch and flavor.

Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy your delightful No-Bake Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake!
