Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from about 3 limes)

1/3 cup agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1/2 cup coconut water (or lemon-lime soda for added fizz)

1/2 cup crushed ice (plus extra for serving)

Sea salt or sugar for rimming (optional)

Lime wedges for garnish

Fresh strawberry slices for garnish

Instructions

Prepare Glasses: If you're using a salted or sugared rim, run a lime wedge around the edge of each glass and dip them into a plate of sea salt or sugar to coat.

Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, lime juice, agave syrup, and coconut water. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Add Ice: Add the crushed ice to the blender and pulse a few times until the ice is incorporated but still icy. You want a slushy-like texture.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more agave syrup if needed, or you can add a bit more lime juice if you prefer a tangier flavor.

Serve: Pour the blended strawberry mixture into the prepared glasses, filling them nearly to the top.

Garnish: Garnish each drink with a lime wedge and a fresh strawberry slice on the rim or as a float.

Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Strawberry Bliss Margaritas!
