Instructions
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey until well combined.
In meal prep containers, layer the Greek yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
Repeat the layers until the containers are filled, finishing with berries and a sprinkle of chia seeds and nuts on top.
Notes
These parfaits can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Feel free to customize with your favorite fruits and toppings.
