Nutritious Meal Prep: Greek Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Greek yogurt plain or flavored
  • 2 cups granola your choice of flavor
  • 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 0.25 cups honey optional for sweetness
  • 0.5 cups chia seeds optional for added nutrition
  • 1 cup nuts chopped, optional for crunch

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey until well combined.
  • In meal prep containers, layer the Greek yogurt mixture at the bottom.
  • Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  • Repeat the layers until the containers are filled, finishing with berries and a sprinkle of chia seeds and nuts on top.

Notes

These parfaits can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Feel free to customize with your favorite fruits and toppings.
