Ingredients

1 cup pitted green olives, chopped

1 cup pitted black olives, chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

1 French baguette or Italian bread, sliced into 1-inch pieces

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Olive Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped green olives, black olives, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Prepare the Bread: Slice the French baguette or Italian bread into 1-inch thick pieces. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet.

Spread the Mixture: Generously spread the olive cheese mixture on each slice of bread, making sure to cover them evenly.

Bake: Place the prepared baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Enjoy: Serve warm as an appetizer, snack, or a delightful addition to a party platter!
