One-Pan Air Fryer Chicken and Veggies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced (any color)
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil for coating
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, and carrots.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and vegetables, then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Toss everything together until the chicken and veggies are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
  • Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Notes

Serve hot, and store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
