1 lb baby potatoes, halved

1 lb smoked sausage, sliced (like kielbasa or andouille)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a cheese blend)

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup fresh broccoli florets (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Pan: In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, sliced sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
