Ingredients

For the Brownie Layer:

semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup unsalted butter

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

vanilla extract

½ cup all-purpose flour

up unsweetened cocoa powder

½ teaspoon salt

For the Cheesecake Layer:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup granulated sugar

large egg

vanilla extract

crushed Oreo cookies (plus extra for topping)

For Assembly:

whole Oreo cookies (for the bottom layer)

Whipped cream (optional, for serving)

5. Prepare the Cheesecake Batter: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.

. Assemble the Cookie Cups:

Place one whole Oreo cookie at the bottom of each prepared muffin liner.

Spoon brownie batter on top of the Oreo, filling each liner about halfway.

Add a layer of the cheesecake mixture on top, filling the liners almost to the top.

. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the tops are set, and a toothpick inserted into the brownie layer comes out with a few crumbs.

. Cool: Remove from the oven and let the brownie cookie cups cool in the muffin tin for about 10 minutes. Then, carefully transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

9. Serve: Once cooled, you can top the cups with additional whipped cream and crushed Oreos for decoration before serving. Enjoy your delicious Oreo Cheesecake Brownie Cookie Cups!
