Ingredients

1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies

4 cups vanilla ice cream (softened)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup chocolate syrup

1/4 cup crushed Oreos for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Base: Take half of the Oreo cookies, and using a food processor or a resealable plastic bag and a rolling pin, crush them into fine crumbs. Set aside the other half for later.

Make the Ice Cream Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened vanilla ice cream and crushed Oreos until well mixed. Gently fold in 1/4 cup of the whipped cream (reserved from the total).

Layer the Dessert: In a 9x9 inch baking dish, spread half of the Oreo-ice cream mixture evenly.

Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the remaining heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Add Layers: Spread half of the whipped cream over the Oreo-ice cream layer in the baking dish. Drizzle half of the chocolate syrup on top.

Repeat Layers: Add the remaining Oreo-ice cream mixture, spreading it evenly, then top it with the rest of the whipped cream.

Final Touch: Crumble the remaining Oreo cookies over the top and drizzle with the rest of the chocolate syrup for a delicious presentation.

Freeze: Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
