Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 lemons (juiced and zested)

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1/4 cup fresh rosemary (chopped)

1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon honey

Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, pepper, and honey. Whisk until well blended to create a marinade.

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish, making sure the chicken is well-coated. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (up to overnight for better flavor).

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.

Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is golden brown.

Once cooked, remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
