Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes

1/4 cup olive oil

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Potatoes: Wash the potatoes thoroughly and dry them. Cut each potato into wedges; you should get about 8 wedges per potato.

Seasoning Mixture: In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.

Coat the Potatoes: Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them in the oil and spice mixture until well-coated.

Add Parmesan: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the oiled wedges and toss again to ensure they are evenly coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet or one lined with parchment paper, making sure they are not overcrowded.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove them from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
