Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops

1 cup breadcrumbs

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 packet ranch dressing mix (about 1 oz)

2 large eggs

½ cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for frying

Instructions

Prepare the Coating Mixture: In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Set Up a Dipping Station: In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until fully combined.

Preheat Your Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for finishing the pork chops.

Dredge the Pork Chops: Take each pork chop, dip it into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated, then dredge it into the breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to make sure the coating adheres well.

Cook the Pork Chops: Heat a few tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the breaded pork chops to the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your skillet.

Finish in the Oven: Once browned, place the pork chops on a baking sheet and transfer them to the preheated oven. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Let Rest: After removing from the oven, allow the pork chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving. This helps the juices redistribute for a more tender chop.

Serve and Enjoy: Serve your Parmesan Ranch Crusted Pork Chops with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad. Enjoy the crispy, cheesy crust!
