Ingredients
  

1 can (15 oz) chili (with or without beans, depending on preference)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup diced green onions (optional)

1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

      Stir in the can of chili and the diced green chilies until well incorporated.

        Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the diced green onions, reserving the rest for garnishing.

          Transfer the mixture into a baking dish or an oven-safe skillet, spreading it evenly.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and slightly golden on top.

              Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with the remaining diced green onions.

                Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced baguette for dipping. Enjoy!
