Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole ripe passion fruits halved and pulp scooped out
  • 2 ripe bananas peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk unsweetened
  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons honey adjust for sweetness
  • 1 cup ice cubes for a chilled smoothie
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp into a blender. Make sure to include the seeds, as they add texture.
  • Add the sliced bananas, coconut milk, freshly squeezed orange juice, honey, and ice cubes into the blender.
  • Blend the mixture on high speed for about 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides if needed.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey, then blend again briefly.
  • Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses and garnish with mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
