Ingredients

For the Cinnamon Rolls:

4 cups all-purpose flour

1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast

½ cup granulated sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

½ cup milk, warmed

2 large eggs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:

½ cup brown sugar

2 tbsp ground cinnamon

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Topping:

1 cup powdered sugar

2-3 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, granulated sugar, and yeast. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.

Mix Wet Ingredients: Add the melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture, stirring well to combine.

Add Flour: Gradually add the flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.

First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Prepare Filling: In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and softened butter until well combined. Add the diced peaches and vanilla extract, folding gently to combine.

Roll Out Dough: Once risen, punch down the dough and turn it onto a floured surface. Roll it into a large rectangle (about 16 x 24 inches).

Spread Filling: Evenly spread the peach mixture over the rolled dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Form Rolls: Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Cut into 12 equal pieces and place in a greased baking pan.

Second Rise: Cover the pan with a cloth and let the rolls rise again for about 30-45 minutes until puffy.

Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Prepare Glaze: While the rolls are baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Adjust the milk for desired consistency.

Drizzle and Serve: Once the rolls are out of the oven, let them cool slightly before drizzling the glaze on top. Serve warm and enjoy!
