Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brewed coffee chilled
  • 1 cup fresh peaches pitted and diced
  • 1/2 cup peach syrup store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for sweetness
  • ice cubes as needed
  • 2 slices fresh peach for garnish
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 cups of coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature. For best results, use a medium roast coffee for a rich flavor.
  • In a blender, combine the diced peaches with the peach syrup and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and set aside.
  • In a large pitcher, mix the chilled coffee, peach puree, and milk. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
  • Fill four glasses with ice cubes and pour the peach iced coffee mixture over the ice, leaving some space at the top.
  • If desired, drizzle honey over each glass for added sweetness. Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish each glass with a slice of fresh peach and a sprig of mint for a refreshing touch.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your fruity peach iced coffee on a hot day!
