  • 1 cup fresh peaches peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup peach nectar for added sweetness
  • 1/4 cup honey adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice for brightness
  • 1 cup sparkling water for fizz

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and steep 4 black tea bags for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bags and stir in 1/4 cup of honey until dissolved. Let the tea cool to room temperature.
  • In a blender, combine the diced fresh peaches and peach nectar. Blend until smooth and strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
  • In a pitcher, combine the cooled tea, strained peach puree, and 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Stir well to combine.

  • Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and a slice of peach for decoration. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Tip 1: For a stronger peach flavor, add more peach nectar or puree.
Tip 2: This mocktail can be made ahead; simply store the tea mixture in the refrigerator and add sparkling water just before serving.
Variation: Try adding a splash of ginger ale for a spicy twist!
