4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 5-6 lemons)

1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust for sweetness)

1 1/2 cups water

3 cups ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar, and water. Blend until the mixture is smooth and the peaches are completely puréed.

    Taste the mixture and add more sugar if desired to achieve your preferred level of sweetness.

      Once blended, add the ice cubes to the mixture. Blend again until the ice is completely crushed and the texture resembles a slushy consistency.
