Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water for brewing matcha
  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder high quality, sifted
  • 1 cup peach puree fresh or canned, no sugar added
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup for sweetness
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy, like almond or oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for flavor enhancement
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice to brighten flavor
  • 1 cup ice cubes for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat and whisk in 1 tablespoon of sifted matcha green tea powder until smooth and frothy.
  • In a blender, combine 1 cup of peach puree, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice. Blend until well combined and smooth.
  • In a large glass or shaker, combine the matcha mixture with the blended peach puree and stir well. Adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
  • Add 1 cup of milk to the matcha-peach mixture and stir until fully incorporated. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the ice.
  • Garnish with fresh peach slices and mint leaves. Serve immediately for a refreshing drink.
