  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice cubes for a chilled smoothie
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional for added fiber
  • salt a pinch to enhance flavor

Instructions
 

  • Start by peeling and slicing the fresh peaches. Ensure they are ripe for the best sweetness.
  • In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and chia seeds. Blend until smooth.
  • Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the mixture is frosty and well combined. Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  • Taste the smoothie and add a pinch of salt to balance the flavors. Blend for a few more seconds.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. You can garnish with a slice of peach or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
